The Nails In My Attic Are Dripping Is This Normal

Old tar paper wood chips nails dust you name it.

The nails in my attic are dripping is this normal.

The air in the attic has water in it and it condenses on the cold metal. I thought i would go up in the attic and take a look and when i opened the attic stairs dirty crap rained from above.
